Yet, despite significant investments in economic programs and social reforms, a 2024 World Bank report highlighted a sobering truth: Sub-Saharan Africa accounts for 67% of the world’s extreme poverty, despite making up only 16% of the global population. This disparity is what drives Caroline Kwamboka N., a formidable force in advocacy, policy, and governance, to push for African-led and people-centered solutions that prioritize dignity, equity, and justice.

To read the full article on Caroline Kwamboka N, visit the cover story here: https://cioviews.com/caroline-kwamboka-cover-story-feature/

“It is African citizens, policies, and responsive leadership that hold the key to Africa’s future,” Caroline states. “True socio-economic liberation demands dismantling the systems that have long shackled our nations and building a governance model that centers African voices.”

Building African Renaissance: A Call for Transformation

As a Trustee and Founding Director of African Renaissance, Caroline champions a radical departure from the status quo, advocating for leadership that delivers real progress—beyond rhetoric and declarations. However, at 40, she paused to reflect on her impact. Despite years of dedicated service, she realized that progress was too slow, and most importantly, African citizens’ voices were often missing from critical conversations about their future.

Inspired by the legacies of Cheikh Anta Diop, the Pan-African movement, and H.E.
